Contract: The agreement between the Provider and the Client, governed by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Object of the contract

 

The Provider undertakes to make available to the Customer WEB services, according to the contractual details agreed between the parties, and the Customer undertakes to pay the amount due and to comply with the terms and conditions of use.

 

3. Rights and Obligations of the Provider

 

To provide the services as described on the website. 

To provide technical support within the limits specified in the commercial offer. 

To notify the Customer in case of changes to the services or to the terms and conditions. 

To suspend or terminate the provision of services in the event that the Customer breaches the contractual provisions.

 

4. Rights and Obligations of the Customer

 

To use the services in accordance with applicable law and good commercial practice. 

To provide correct and complete information when registering the account and during the use of the services. 

To pay invoices according to the specified terms. 

Not to use the services for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that affect the integrity of the Provider’s infrastructure.

 

5. Orders, Payments and Billing

 

Placing an order on Truesoft-d.com constitutes express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. 

Prices for services are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment for services is made in advance, according to the payment terms specified on the invoice. 

Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

 

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

The client may request cancellation of services by written notice. 

Refunds are possible only in the cases specified in the Provider’s commercial policy. 

Domain registration services are not refundable.

 

7. Confidentiality

 

The Provider undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

The Provider shall not be liable for damages caused by incorrect use of the Services or for their unavailability for technical reasons.

 

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

 

The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the changes shall be effective from the moment of publication on the Website.

 

10. Applicable Law

 

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania. 

By using the services offered by True Soft Development, the Client confirms that he has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions above.
